Our Process
Once the quote is approved, a $150 design fee begins the work and is applied in full to your final purchase.
Initial renderings are prepared within 2–4 business days. The design package includes six images, two video previews from different angles, and three revision rounds. Additional revisions are $50 each.
After the design is approved, a 50% deposit is required to begin the prototype and production of the final ring.
Physical Prototype
Every commission includes a silver prototype before production.
You can review the size, proportions, and detail in person before the final ring is made.
The prototype is yours to keep.
Production & Delivery
Each ring is manufactured in-house in Toronto over two to four weeks, dependent on design complexity.
Progress updates are provided throughout. The remaining balance is due before shipping or collection.
Lifetime Guarantee & Aftercare
Every ring includes a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee.
Resizing and refinishing are included once within the first three years.
Service and repair remain available for the life of the piece.
Everything Included
Each ring is delivered in a presentation box with gemstone certification, an appraisal report, and the lifetime craftsmanship guarantee.
A specification note includes the names of the designer and maker.
